Sometimes, There’s Sparkle #1

The first postal edition brought together a printed poem, four photographs from Compost Bin Portraits (2025), and a recipe card, all housed within an A5 envelope.

The photographs were selected from a larger series documenting scenes beneath the compost bin and drew attention to the hidden labour of the Red Wriggler. Using the worm’s role in breaking down organic matter as a metaphor for undervalued forms of labour, the edition invited a closer look at what often goes unnoticed.
